I am a seasoned, professional speaker, writer, and storyteller. My goal is to inspire others with my message and relatable approach to public speaking. After devoting nearly two decades to my dream of becoming a partner at a law firm -- and accomplishing that goal -- I changed gears when I realized the disconnect between my dream and happiness. I founded JMT Speaks, LLC to help other professionals realize their strengths and apply them to their current position or pursue different opportunities. 

By telling my story, my goal is to help professionals become their best, authentic selves so they can excel in their careers and find more enjoyment in their daily lives. I am especially passionate about helping working mothers navigate challenges at all stages of their career and children’s lives.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, where I also served as an adjunct professor.  I live in northern New Jersey with my husband and son, in the same town where I was raised. In my spare time, you can find me taking a barre class, glued to a good book, or out for pizza with my family.
