Jennifer Marino Thibodaux
I am a seasoned, professional speaker, writer, and storyteller. My goal is to inspire others with my message and relatable approach to public speaking. After devoting nearly two decades to my dream of becoming a partner at a law firm -- and accomplishing that goal -- I changed gears when I realized the disconnect between my dream and happiness. I launched JMT Speaks in 2020 to help other professionals realize their strengths and apply them to their current position or pursue different opportunities.
I harness the power of storytelling to help other professionals become their best, authentic selves so they can excel in their careers and find more enjoyment in their daily lives. I am especially passionate about helping working mothers navigate challenges at all stages of their career and children’s lives.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University, cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, where I also served as an adjunct professor. I live in northern New Jersey with my husband and son, in the same town where I was raised. In my spare time, you can find me walking with a weighted vest, reading a book, or having pizza with my husband and son.
